I was planning on stickying this after E3. Basically, a lot of people mostly use the front page, and I wanted to grab that crowd during the E3 while people were interested in getting hyped for games. In retrospect, that was a bad idea.

As for why the previous two iterations are stickied, we simply haven't gotten around to taking them down. I don't actually have the power to sticky things myself, so once a month I bug a mod to help me out.
