Forums - General - FBI Wreck a 750,000 dollar Ferrari!

Sad. You need some skills to drive a Ferrari. The older the more. Those cars have a high limit but its a fine line. Its no SL500 thats for sure.

That sucks.FBI should have to pay for it.

it sounds like they were acting in an illegal manner and then should be responsible.

Yes it is! They could have just given it to me! Saved them money and time. I wonder how many tax dollars went into getting this cleared?

It already belonged to someone. Also if you cant afford to buy it you also cant afford to drive it. I would sell it immediatly. Its kind of a very useless car. Its not even the Car itself but the brand makes it a hassle to own one (Not everywhere though).

If you are concerned because of the taxes this costed-> Maybe a couple of thousend barely worth mentioning. Try bridges in the middle of nowhere there are cases of wasted taxes you wont believe.

what a joke. The FBI agent who wrecked should be paying for it. Not the FBI or insurance. He was joy riding for christs sake.

The insurance would be too much for me! Lol

I would sell it immediately for a couple 100,000.

Even the selling process can be stressful/timeconsuming and expensive if you are relatively poor. I witnessed it first hand were a friend of mine won/sold a car that was financialy out of his league. You need money upfront/garage/time and a safe environment or else you are screwed.

well the fbi could then seek compensation from the individual, but since it was in their custody at the time, they are responsible for it.

This doesn't make sense. Since when are the FBI allowed to take pieces of evidence out for joy rides and crash them in the knowledge no bad ramifications will occur? People should be held accountable, even if these people are the FBI.

Hmm, pie.
