I REALLY want to play Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, they look like the funnest games this gen. So I'm wondering, should I get a Wii? I know there are no more games coming out except LOZ. Also because I probably wont play any games besides SMG 1&2, Skyward Sword, SSB, Donkey Kong Country Returns, and Kirby. I already have a PS3.

yes get one, u also should try monster hunter tri and valhalla knights elder saga for the wii as well. also pls get the legend of zelda: twilight princess as well. i think its the best zelda game.

Definitely. My advice? Look at Smeags' Wii recommendation guide, and see if there's any other games that pique your interest. Don't forget the MK bundle, and the 3 Op. Rainfall games, and of course Wiiware and VC...

If there are at least 5-10 games you'd love to play, then I'd say go for it.
The top Wii games are too good to miss out on.

I would get one, especially if you wish to play GC games, as the upcoming WiiU has lost GC backwards compatability.

If I were you I would just buy a used GameCube and play games on that until Wii U comes out, than get Wii U. Wii U probably won't have too many good games at the initial launch so you could play old Wii games during that slow period.

Wii is also a great system too though!

Super Mario Galaxy 1+2 are the second and third best rated games ever so yeah it's worth it for those two games alone.

This is a decision you should really be able to make for yourself. All those Wii games you mentioned you want to play in the OP seem to justify the purchase. So go for it.
