I mean it depends on which games; demanding AAA PS5/Xbox Series games will mostly not be 60fps, but not all modern games are CPU heavy or push more than Switch 2 can handle. It'll come down to the technical makeup of the game in question and whether the developers have the necessary resources to achieve it.

Certainly I was referring to AAA, not indie games like Hades.  RE9 isn't locked 60 fps, games are only getting more demanding.  AAA is 30 fps for the S2.  Just part of the hardware.

The demanding blockbuster stuff that's CPU heavy will be mostly 30fps, yeah; with Requiem getting close to 60 most of the time I reckon they'll be some high-performance titles that manage to get all the way there, just as we saw some 60fps stuff on Switch 1 like Rogue Company, Rocket League, Mortal Kombat 11, Prince of Persia, etc.

GPU bound games will have more room to flex by pulling back on resolution and other settings.
