I mean it depends on which games; demanding AAA PS5/Xbox Series games will mostly not be 60fps, but not all modern games are CPU heavy or push more than Switch 2 can handle. It'll come down to the technical makeup of the game in question and whether the developers have the necessary resources to achieve it. 

Certainly I was referring to AAA, not indie games like Hades.  RE9 isn't locked 60 fps, games are only getting more demanding.  AAA is 30 fps for the S2.  Just part of the hardware.
