I think all (non-spinoff) Ratchet & Clank games on PS3, aside from Into the Nexus, are 60 FPS, so perhaps that's why you didn't notice much. Into the Nexus felt somewhat rough at first too when I played it last year, but I got used to it pretty fast. For some reason, it just worked much better than Assassin's Creed: Shadows.

Ah, it was just the PS4 remake I was thinking of then as I haven't played nexus.
