This is a good example. I've played Horizon FW on both 30 FPS and 60 FPS, and I can say it doesn't look smooth at all in 30 FPS. I ended choosing the performance mode instead of the quality 

That's fair. And you felt the 30 was unsmooth you toggled the 60fps mode option?

Also does the way you perceive the 30 here on youtube, reflect the way you felt about the smoothness when you played it in real life?
