I don't play racing games so I can't really say

Is there any example with action games?

I feel if it doesn't register then probably it feels smooth/natural to your eyes, even if racing is not normally your genre. I don't want people to over analyse it, really I was just trying to see whether the actual 30fps cap of the footage is "visually" a low quality experience for people.

Here's an action adventure alternative though

This is a good example. I've played Horizon FW on both 30 FPS and 60 FPS, and I can say it doesn't look smooth at all in 30 FPS. I ended choosing the performance mode instead of the quality
