Anybody who has 120 hz, go to the link above. Set the 3 lines to 30, 60 and 120 fps.. tell me there isn't a massive and blatant difference.

I wouldn't call this a problem, the intention is to holistically say how the footage looks, not necessarily let numbers or comparison dictate your experience. For sure though, with games with lots of constant panning, I can see why some hate motion blur. I think it helps sell action and velocity in racing games and like it pretty much everything as long as you can dial it down to your pref
