Hard to say. High fps improves controls (the biggest get) and videos lack that feedback. Also fps helps with smoothness, not so much the screen coming towards the player, but when panning. The video has basically no panning, and the third problem is it has a lot of motion blur.

I went with low but consistent, but don't think it is a good test, because it lacks panning.

Anybody who has 120 hz, go to the link above. Set the 3 lines to 30, 60 and 120 fps.. tell me there isn't a massive and blatant difference.
