Hitman's well above 30fps for the majority of gameplay though, and IOI have stated that performance improvements are coming.

Ports early in a system's life not having ideal performance is pretty common.

Agreed but when I said console and the S2 are doing soft RT I was challenged on that.  And even on low RT the 4090 takes a hit.  The S2 will take a hit with any meaningful RT, zero debate on this one.
