Banishers of New Eden is surprisingly solid. VA is exceptional, graphics are great, Atmosphere is thick, gameplay and systems seem deep enough, writing is top notch and for a Don't Nod game they don't stray for discrimination of the time. For a Focus Interactive game I'd thought I'd ve saying this is rough around the edges but it's really just lightly frayed around the edges. Combat is a bit simple and there is no jump button and animations are a bit stilted, the game lacks a certain weight to it. Really can't go wrong if you own PS+ Extra and I'd say it's worth a one month sub, I'm not sure yet but this is looking luke a recommend at full price, I'll see after a few more hours.
Extremely intriguing game so far, I'm hooked not quite on it but the idea of it and what's ahead, feels like it has a little Ace Attorney and The Witcher 3 in it. I hope it holds up to what has been presented so far.
