Still playing Like a Drgaon Gaiden and Unicorn Overlord. Both are great.

I'm really surprised that Gaiden has a Platinum that is in reach and you don't have to 100% everything or reach a ludicrous goal with a management sim and the Story seems about right sized compared to older titles, zip got bored of Yakuza Like a Dragon and haven't done the last 6 chapters which I intend to get round to now, there is still some grindy stuff especially for the platinum and some of the sub stories are weak so I'll skip them if they don't have an interesting premise but all in all a great game that is of great quality but it just feels dated cause of the map and same old design they really need to evolve, perhaps they do with Ingin8te wealth and Pirate Yakuza. Bout half way through the story enjoyong it at pace and doing side stuff steadily and it's really good drama, love that it isn't going to take 50 hours.

Univorn Overlord is great, maybe even phenomenal but it feels a bit repetitive all the same and can only really be played in bite sized chunks. Still, it's not up there with something as masterful as Xcom Enemy unknown but it is a really fun casual strategy title, maybe even beating out Fire Emblem Three Houses for me. Turn your brain off comfort food with drips of dopamine. The fun is in preparing squads and micro managing things and despite it being an auto battler it still feels like you're playing the fights for some reason. Can't knock lack of interactivity anymore since Vampire Survivors made the point that a game can be really rewarding and play itself.
