I heard the phrase "a logo" in regards to a company. And it is kinda true. Even if it is the same company, creative personnel, structure, processes change and therefore the games they make as a result. So Bioware is just a logo, and only because past games you liked had that logo it doesn't mean games now with the same logo are good as well.
