| PDiddy said: My values are a little higher. What I did was use MC numbers from 2018 (the tracker Nintendo uses for JPN data), and simply ultra zoomed in in paint to count the pixels. After doing this, I calculated that each pixel is about 13,000 units. Here are my values for CY 2019 for NA and EU:

Awesome, we have very similar values, here is the comparison:
| North America | Q1 | Q2 | Q3 | Q4 | 2019 |
| Dmillos | 1,202,830 | 878,653 | 1,016,601 | 4,097,824 | 7,195,908 |
| PDiddy | 1,222,000 | 897,000 | 1,027,000 | 4,160,000 | 7,306,000 |
| Diff | 19,170 | 18,347 | 10,399 | 62,176 | 110,092 |
Obviously there are too many items that cause some margin of error, but I think that in general this is pretty close.
Now the question is how much does this compare to the numbers on VGChartz. It seems that USA is at 6,479,134 for 2019, that is pretty different from our pixel analysis.
For Japan I have 4,392,880 while VGChartz is at 4,461,503 which is extremely close.
Maybe the difference is VGChartz only has USA while Nintendo counts USA+Mexico+Canada and that is why is so much less here.
