"-At least one more Wii U port"
The air starts to get thin for WiiU-ports, as most games are already ported. But yeah, if we restrict this to Nintendo (and not include say ZombiU) there are still the HD-Zelda remasters open. And as next year is an anniversary year for Zelda like this is for Mario, it seems we can have decent hope that one or both will be ported to Switch. Maybe - if we are really in luck - we will see the rumoured Skyward Sword HD.
Besides that I only remember Xenoblade Chronicles X as title that remains. Smash, Splatoon and Mario Maker got proper sequels on Switch. And the smaller stuff like NES Remix may not come over.
What I personally expect: the Zelda HD-remasters are indeed a good bet. Maybe we will see some franchises make the jump from the 3DS: Denpamen or Dillon's Rolling Western. Kid Icarus: Uprising HD would be also fantastic.
