I would have considerable power, but the board of directors could obviously still disapprove of things I do. But here are some things I would do or attempt to do.
-Communication of what first-party titles are coming out the rest of 2020 and for most of 2021.
-Dedicated servers for Switch Online, joining a friend's game, voice chat, N64/GCN/GB/GBC/GBA games on Nintendo Switch Online. Also, add two free games a month to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers. If the other executives are uncomfortable with that for $20 a year, make it a premium online service that is $30 a year. Universal cloud saves with Nintendo Switch games.
-Internet Browser, Netflix, folders, themes,
-A price drop for the Switch and Switch Lite. Switch is $249.99, Switch Lite is $169.99. Upgrade both to 64 GB of internal storage.
-Switch 2 launches in March 2023. In docked mode, it's pretty much around the performance of a PS4 Pro. In portable mode, it's at least around a base PS4 if not better. It will launch at $299.99 or $349.99. If it would barely making a profit at those levels, so what. Nintendo would eat the cost.
-Fire Miyamoto
-Have Paper Mario like the first two titles in the series.
