There are still a few Wii U games left to port. On top of that we got Link's Awakening this year and Xenoblade Chronicles is on the way. Nintendo will likely have at least one other port in 2020 either from the Wii U or an older console.

I think the Wii U ports period is over now, the last port was way back in early 2019 (New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe).

Early next year will release Tokyo Mirage Sessions. Looks like it isn't over yet. Given, there is not much left. Although all the great HD remasters of past Zeldas might be a great porting opportunity. Also 3D World.
