What do you want, Switch already has Resident Evil Revelation, so it has everything important from the 3DS. 
Well, on a more serious not though, Nintendo could port Kid Icarus Uprising and A Link between Worlds, I guess this would be go pretty well. On IPs that should get Sequels I would list Rhythm Heaven and Pullblox/Pushmo. On the third party side I would appreciate Etrian Odyssey (come on Atlus) and stuff like Bravely Default. Also Level-5 could do again a series of little Guild-games, these were pretty fun.
