You brought up the idea.
Though I don't think it's unreasonable to have the thread title accurately describe the content. We tend to get reports for a lot less, and it can create unnecessary extra work for the moderators to review them.

Anyway, I'm more interested in hearing your thoughts on our discussion.
Do you disagree with the idea that a publisher wouldn't be the ones to decide how Ken gets balanced, and that Dimps should implement the change into the game, but rather simply review that the content of a balance patch is what the developers claim?

I know I did, because I thought that's were the conversation was going,
and yeah don't think I would want to do online modding again.

I think that a publisher does have some weight in the development of a game, we've heard stories of publishers killing the general direction of games in the past, still this is a very specific part related to controls. You might be right that developers know their ins and out of their software plus are more capable on tweaking that, but a publisher might still have some say in that. Depends how much of a control freak they are, and we know Nintendo.

Anyways, this could all just be me jumping into conclusions in order to shoe-in a discussing of the Pro's D-Pad which I have had issues in the past.
