Does Nintendo prepare a cloud gaming service?

The company is called .. Ubitus. PSO2 and RE7 uses them. AC I believe will also, just cause Brotherhood does as well. DQ10 is the same. But there is some service called g cluster which SE used before, and Konami too. But Ubitus seems to be the main player
