And for the final nail in the coffin I want to direct your attention to #23 Ushiro. The Famitsu list is certainly interesting, but cannot be used to infer any real interest in games or platforms. The Famitsu list reflects a very closed small group of people. Still interesting though.

Was Ushiro cancelled or not? It's been there forever, and even the Wikipedia page lists it as cancelled. Why is it still allowed on the Famitsu list?

Because people name it. I don't think Famitsu restricts in any way what title can be named.
