I'd argue it's more AR than VR.

I would argue against it. AR is projecting virtual content into the real world. Labo is virtual content interacting with real world objects. it's not the same in my opinion. I would it compare more to these surface desks from microsoft - a table with a display which can interact with objects ypou place on the table.
