From what I can tell, build quality feels very good. The sole exception is the screen. They went with plastic for shatter resistance but unfortunately that makes it vulnerable to scratches but if you bought a good screen protector you should be good.

lol, yeah i bought a good screen protector to him, so Switch can survives for a 1000 feets drop, but can the Switch survive for 4 possessed cats? i really dunno ;p
