people, even if it's on the level of Wii U/slightly less, that is going to OBLITERATE ANYTHING we've ever seen on a Nintendo handheld.

 

Goodbye 240p gaming! Hello to portable gaming in HD! The Vita kind of got there, but it died 20 miles along the way. hopefully the Switch isn't left to rot out into the desert like the Vita.

 

In all seriousness though, I'm sure Nintendo will be capable of doing a lot more. It'd be nice if Donkey kong: tropical freeze got ported as well. 

Thanks for this thread, because Switch is a handheld with a few home console abilities. But it stays a handheld.

 

But for mobile gaming it brings a lot to the table. Not only the sheer power, big for a handheld. There is other stuff. For example: was there ever a handheld with a controller-option for multiple players like shown in the reveal?

 

I hope battery lifetime is not too bad, that would be a bummer.
