From what we know of the Pascal Tegra (X2) it's about 625 GFLOPS apparently with 50GB memory bandwidth ... that is pretty great for a mobile chip, but it's a good notch below even an XBox One.

For NX potential buyers how would you prefer developers utilize the Tegra chip for "TV mode" ...

1.) Wii U level graphics at 1080p (cleaner, sharp image quality)

or

2.) Closer to XB1/PS4 level graphics but 720p resolution (worse image quality but better graphical effects in general)

Are Zelda: BoTW graphics at 1080P good enough for you or would you prefer a developer to lower the resolution and increase the visual detail?

Well, it depends on the game. Usually 720p with better details should be preferable, but there are other games. An example: in Monster Hunter I would prefer a bigger resolution to more details, so I can make out objects and monsters on a greater distance.
