People have differing tastes and differing opinions. Look at the Metacritic site itself, the scores cover a broad range. same is it with gamers. Some love even games, that most despise. That doesn't really say a thing. Obviously under the people purchasing the game the percentage of lovers will be higher (as people chose the games they purchase after their tastes). So MIiverse praise doesn't say much about universal appeal and doesn't prove the reviewers were biased or such things.
