No, that what could be taken away from the conference, that now in another interview was said Nintendo is developing the games is only confusing. So what they said at the conference was misleading, they meant something different it seems, probably the service part.

Yes, and I wasn't alone. German Tech-journalists came to this conclusion too, I was reading at german news-sources, that DeNA was undertaking the development-efforts with access to Nintendos-IP-portfolio. Seemingly the conference was confusing.
