because ms doesn't allow indies to self publish...  you won't allow nintendo to be acredited a new ip like zombieU because ubi made it but something like super time force and everybody's gone to rapture that has naught to do with the platform holders you want to list those out...

Self publishing is available afaik on PS4 and Xbox one.
Unsure about Wii U.

I don't know the deal in place for ZombiU. Maybe Ubisoft made that without telling nintendo.
I'm happy to accredit Ubisoft for a title Ubisoft made and Ubisoft published.

Obviously self publishing is possible on WiiU, if Shinen published themself their 3DS and WiiU-games (in the DS-era they always had other publishers) and Unepic is published from the single person who developed the game.
