Indiegames included like Resogun and Ori? Is Nintendo penalized for making it easy for Indies to publish on the eShop themself? Otherwise probably Nano Assault or Unepic would be in this list for WiiU, as these are published by the devs themself. And no, these devs usually don't act as publishers.
