In terms of revenue they probably made double what they would have without the price cut.
700k * $400 = $280m
1200k * $350 = $420m
And that's not even accounting for all the ancillary revenue they'll get from Xbox Live and game sales etc.
Also $60m is nothing to a company with $80bn in cash. It's pennies
