To elaborate a bit more. WiiU will sell more than Vita - but not much. 5 million, maybe 10 million. The 3DS has peaked, it will not even double it's sales at this point, probably 80 million. The PS4 will sell 100M, beyond that is too much speculation at this point, but 100M seem locked.
