Microsoft has just overtaken Google to become the 3rd largest company in the world by market capitalisation, surpassed only by Apple and Exxon (an oil company). Here's the top 4:
Apple - $582.2bb
Exxon - $389.2bn
Microsoft - $353.4bn
Google - $352.5bn
