Suing. Regardless of US-propaganda China has laws against this and has courts that can judge this. But as in any other country, a lawsuit may take a lot of time and will be expensive.

Hmmm... I see. Plus they probably want to build good relations over there so as to have a chance at selling their products in China in the near future.

I still think Nintendo will sue. Evidence is quite clear and Nintendo is no small company. Hard for this phone-company to get away with it.
