I'm pretty sure that they already said that was planned ^.^
Heres the quote from Tezuka:

The people working on Mario Maker, they want to do a lot of things with this tool. They’re having fun with it themselves, so we’re thinking of a lot of things. Actually, we have so many ideas that we’re having a hard time narrowing down what we actually want to put in this game."
