There's no reason to expect every third party game to come to a new console a few months after launch. They have been in production for years.
There are still quite a few last gen exclusive games that won't release (at least not in the near future) on PS4/X1 either:
Dark Souls 2, South Park Stick of Truth, Lightning Returns FFXIII, Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2, Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z, Persona 5 etc.
