I'm going to be "pessimistic" and say 7 to 9 million on the Wii U and 4 or 5 million on the 3DS. SSB4 is not going to sell as much on the Wii U as Brawl did on the Wii, and the 4DS version will likely cannibalize sales. However, I doubt that the 3DS version will come out on top, seeing as how the series seems better suited for the TV screen.
