And? PS3 and xbox are still selling ok, price cuts are a given before the next consoles come out, so there will be some boost there, cutting some ps4/nextbox sales.

 The PS3 was a cheap (price, not quality) blue ray player, while the xbox was the call of duty/halo house that helped both consoles on the long run. Many casual gamers bought those consoles for those reasons, for all those gamers there is no reason to justify a $400+ console when all your CoD/GTA friends are still playing the 360/ps3 versions.

WiiU is low now, probably is not going to reach the wii (it could do half of that) but then again, ps4/nextbox neither will.

That'sa bleak outlook to the current gen, I hope it will notbe that bad.
