It has games. It just doesn't have games people really want that badly or can't play elsewhere and the controller is not selling the system the way the Wiimote did. 

Pikmin 3 is not gonna change much I don't think.

Well, of the ones named Lego City, Need for Speed and Monster Hunter came just out, we don't have yet numbers about the effect they have on sales.
