Exactly. The awards are presented at the middle (around the 10th) of every month.
All games that were awarded with the 100k award still haven't passed the 100k mark here even though it's already February. Therefore a bit undertracked.
Black Ops 2 is overtracked because they passed the 200k (for 360) and 500k (for PS3) milestone already in December.
