Black Ops 2 on both consoles a bit overtracked, the rest slightly undertracked.

uhm.. afaik those awards aren't given out the moment a game crosses one of the targets, so there is not much indication of their total sales in germany beyond that they crossed those at some point in January in my opinion

Exactly. The awards are presented at the middle (around the 10th) of every month.
All games that were awarded with the 100k award still haven't passed the 100k mark here even though it's already February. Therefore a bit undertracked.
Black Ops 2 is overtracked because they passed the 200k (for 360) and 500k (for PS3) milestone already in December.

I would never imply that GFK under- or overtracks a game or gaming system. It's as accurate as it gets. Not perfect but veeeery reliable.
