If you're interested in a Wii U, though - go for the bundle. It's probably the best deal you will get before we get an official price cut.

Price cut? It has the Pro Controller additionally and replaces one full-price-game (Nintendoland) with another (ZombiU). I don't believe it contains Nintendoland in the US, the boxart doesn't include a picture of the game. So it looks like you pay a bit less for the Pro-Controller with that bundle.
