Wouldn't make any sense at this point in time.
Userbase is far too low (it's not a "huge" hit on PC/PS360 either even though the userbase is much higher).
Even mainstream games aren't selling too well on the WiiU at the moment, no need to bring another niche title with a "big" budget on the console.
Dark Souls 3 on WiiU sounds much more likely.
