Capcom already supports Nintendo-platforms decently. Konami on the other hand - think about it: Switching from Nintendo-hate to Nintendo-exclusivity with one cheque.

Yes, I agree. Also, if Konami at the moment don't want to develop for Nintendo-platforms, it must have it reason in the opinion of the staff. If Nintendo takes over probably a lot of important developers will go, leaving Konami essentially defunct.
