On Topic: I think Sega is too big. Nintendo could prabably afford Sega, but afterwards it's money-reserves would be exhausted and Nintendo would be vulnerable. Also I don't see the big advantage Nintendo would get from taking over Sega.
Platinum Games might be a much more interesting option for Nintendo.
