Happens to me whenever I go into the 'Billionaires trying to buy our elections...' thread, which does have an odd looking image (user-graphic) in the OP. So far, hasn't appeared in any other part of the site I've been on.

Doubt (or hoping) that it isn't anything serious, but I get the same website asking for access so I'm assuming its linked to the site in some way. Also, I'm using a different browser to you, so its not exclusive to firefox.
