It's just a sculpture that people can interact with, it's called the "beatbox" supposedly it does a light show during the night but I saw it during the day so I dunno.

Its called the Orbit isnt it?  A permanent sculpture that is almost 400 feet high.

I always thought it was some sort of theme-park ride, like a giant slide...lol
