XBLA is on fire at the moment!
2 weeks ago Trials: Evolution broke the 1st week sales record, and this week minecraft took the record from Trials! This is a sign of the digitalised future of gaming, and sales for XBLA and other console marketplaces will go from strength-to-strength from here....
Microsoft has created a great, viable platform for the digital distribution of quality games, and the success is shown in the fact the Minecraft 360 was profitable within one hour of release! I wonder how this is doing in comparison to Nintendo and Sony's online marketplaces?
What do you, the vgchartz microsoft community (if there is any), think about this?
My prediction threads:
Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)
PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)
Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right
