That joke post passed right through you! So you wan't a real honest answer? I'll give it to you.
You hold on your hands both wiimote+ and nunchuk just like in SS, but the U controller is strapped on your arm with the screen facing away from you. Right now the tablet is just like a shield, move it towards the TV to bash, take out, etc. When you twist your arm, the controller is facing you making it a perfect use of the gyro as a visor, if you twist and press a button the map can come out instead on the controller screen.
With this setup you don't have to worry about holding the controller, so inventory can still be used while holding the wiimote: twist your arm, press 1 and navigate through your menu with your free thumb (though you might hit the screen with the wiimote).
