As long as there is reason (With actual "evidence") to say a game/console is over/undertracked, then you can't be banned.
Here, we have someone from Sony saying Uncharted 3 opened to double the sales Uncharted 2 saw. VGChartz numbers say otherwise.
If I get banned for that, I'm gonna ask for Maxwell back on the team.
